Well Roughing Manual

Bulky solids are retained in the roughing well, separated by a manual cleaning grid by means of rake and collection basket. With the periodicity (daily, weekly …)

that the quantities of solids of a certain size received in the plant require, the grid and its waste collection basket must be cleaned.

Automatic Grinding Grate

Bulky solids are retained in the roughing channel, separated by an automatic cleaning grid in the flow channel of the tributary to the plant.

With the periodicity (daily, weekly …) that the quantities of solids of a certain size received in the plant require, the waste collection basket must be cleaned.

Cinta de Desbaste

This machine has a stainless steel structure and a geared motor to move a filter conveyor belt. Water with waste is poured into the entrance of the belt and in its course it is filtering water and solids that are smaller than the light of the tape. At the end of the tape a brush removes the remains of solids that have not been filtered.

Rototamiz

At the inlet of the treatment plant, a rototamiz is installed that is specifically designed so that due to the special characteristics of the filter cylinder, suspended solids contained in wastewater, up to the studied size of mesh light, are eliminated without any clogging. They are especially suitable for solid / liquid separation, performing it by a continuous rotation system,

with internal backwash system, housed in the filter cylinder. With the periodicity (daily, weekly …) that the quantities of solids of a certain size received in the plant require, the waste collection container must be emptied.

Screw Sieve

The waters pass through a screw sieve. This sieve has the mission of retaining solids of a size greater than the passage of light from the sieve that could cause blockages in the mechanical equipment after sieving, as well as obstructions in the pipes.

The screw consists of a sieving area composed of a filter basket with a spiral that lifts the retained solids out. High residues are discharged in a stainless steel basket through a completely free outlet to avoid obstructions.

As often as the quantities of solids of a certain size received at the plant require, the waste collection basket must be cleaned.

Screen - Static Screen

Sinfin

The solids retained by the roughing are transported by an endless compactor, which discards the solids to a container. With the periodicity (daily, weekly …)

that the quantities of solids of a certain size received in the plant require, the waste collection container must be emptied.

Grease separators

The equipment or separating treatments of fats and oils are essential elements in the treatment of wastewater that may contain hydrophobic materials such as fats of animal, vegetable origin or detergent supply. Its installation is necessary for a basic sewage treatment, either domestically, commercially, as in hotels, campsites, restaurants …

The simplest equipment designed to separate the fats consists of tanks that are installed, and simply by difference in weight and density, they manage to separate the fats and oils from the water, these equipment for optimal purification should be installed only if previously the network of sewage has been separated from other sewage.

Functioning:

The difference in density causes the separation of the liquid into two phases: the upper fat and the lower water.

The effluent is collected from the intermediate part, thus preventing the outflow of fats. Fats and oils accumulate in the upper parts where they can be easily removed.

Sand blasters

Sanitizing equipment or treatments are elements that have the purpose of removing sand and other solid materials from the effluent.

Sedimentation is a very important process.

The particles found in the water can be harmful in the treatment systems or processes since high turbidity inhibits the biological processes and is deposited causing high pressure losses and deterioration of the quality of the effluent water.

Functioning:

Its operation is based on the reduction of water velocity and turbulence, thus allowing the solid material transported in suspension to be deposited at the bottom, from where it is periodically removed.
